Rodney C. Jones
President & CEO

Rodney C. Jones was wounded in action in Vietnam while serving in the United States Marine Corps. Medically retired from the Corps, Rod completed graduate school and spent the past 30 years as President, CEO of Work Skills Corporation (WSC). During that period, WSC developed highly successful businesses in Staffing Services, Warehousing and Distribution, Packaging and Assembly and Education and Training Services. With experience in these areas and the network of successful business partners acquired, Kahiko Koa, Inc. was founded as a Service Disabled Veteran Owned Business (SDVOB). American Veterans Janitorial Service is a Kahiko Company.

Sandra Messina
Vice President

With a strong history of entrepreneurship, Sandra Messina founded Messina’s Floors & More, Inc. in 1993 with her husband, Mario. Together, the Messinas have developed a solid portfolio of commercial business based on quality service and customer satisfaction. Joining forces with Kahiko Koa, Inc. provided the opportunity to expand services to the commercial market and offer services to government agencies as a Service Disabled Veteran Owned Business.
